1. What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

For Ready Stock design, MOQ is usually 5–10 pieces. For Customize Design, MOQ is 50-100 pieces per style, depending on the design and material.

2. Do you offer OEM/ODM service?

Yes, we support both OEM and ODM services.
We can customize logo, color, material, thickness, size chart, and packaging according to your requirements.

3. Can I order samples before bulk order?

Yes, samples are available.
Sample cost will be refunded or deducted from bulk order once you confirm production.

4. What materials do you use for wetsuits?

We mainly use high-quality materials such as:

• Neoprene (various thickness: 2mm, 3mm, 5mm, 7mm), Jako, Yamamoto

• Nylon / Polyester fabric

• Lycra fabric for swimwear series

We can also source special materials based on your request.

5. What is your production lead time?

Normally:

• Samples: 5–10 days

• Bulk order: 20–35 working days

Exact lead time depends on order quantity and customization level.

6. Do you have ready stock available?

Yes, we have many ready-stock styles available for fast shipment, suitable for small quantity orders or urgent delivery.

7. Can you customize logo and packaging?

Yes, we provide full customization:

• Printed logo

• Size and Fabric Color

• Embroidery

• Heat transfer

• Custom hang tags and packaging bags

8. What sizes do you offer?

We offer standard international sizes:

9. What is your payment term?

Our standard payment terms:

• T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment

Other terms can be discussed for long-term partners.
